KatherineWatches sells automatic and quartz wristwatches, leather storage accessories (rolls, boxes), and provides aesthetic cleaning, adjustment, and maintenance services for fine mechanisms. All products are described with precise technical specifications (crystal type, case material, movement caliber) and no unfounded claims are made regarding their performance or durability.
The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable legislation, provided it shows no signs of wear. The buyer's obligation is to provide accurate contact information and to check the integrity of the package upon delivery. For maintenance services, the client must present a history of previous interventions, if any.
KatherineWatches undertakes to deliver the products within the agreed timeframe, with original packaging and a certificate of authenticity where applicable. For maintenance services, the warranty on the work is 6 months and covers exclusively manufacturing defects. The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use, mechanical shocks, or exposure to strong magnetic fields.
The total liability of KatherineWatches for any direct or indirect damage is limited to the value of the purchased product or service. We assume no liability for financial losses, delivery delays caused by third parties, or moral damages. In the case of aesthetic cleaning services, we do not guarantee the removal of deep scratches on the crystal or case.
KatherineWatches reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in the event of repeated violations of the terms, including by providing false information or attempted fraud. Termination does not affect the rights accrued by the parties up to that point, including payment obligations already contracted.
